I saw my friend be resurrected from the intensive care unit, the homeless give their lives to Christ, Legislators and politicians worshiping God, and my very own coronation took place all at one conference. In addition, IDC leaders held voters registrations all over the United States and several hundred people are now registered. I have a serious question: What are you preaching? Or what is your pastor preaching?
What do you do when God has shifted but the Body of Christ is still sounding like the same old thing? Do you wait for the message to become popular or wait for man's approval before you shift? Will you preach the truth in the face of adversity? Can you preach a sound that you have not heard before? Is your preaching relative? We hear so many lies, that the truth sounds like a lie and the lie sounds like the truth.
Should pastors preach about politics or current events?
In many States it is a practice of government for the legal separation of Church & State. With this in mind, many pastors do not include politics or controversial statements in their sermons. As a result, many Christians walk around without the knowledge or awareness of political or world events. This mindset is keeping the body of believers uninformed and uneducated about the areas that impact their everyday lives.
It is the responsibility of the pastor to present the gospel in a liberative way which includes subjects that are relative to all people such as politics, economics and education. Luke 12: 54-56 54 states "He also said to the multitudes, "When you see a cloud rising in the west, you say at once, 'A shower is coming'; and so it happens. 55 And when you see the south wind blowing, you say, 'There will be scorching heat'; and it happens. 56 You hypocrites! You know how to interpret the appearance of earth and sky; but why do you not know how to interpret the present time?"
Here lies a real change. Jesus does not look at the events of our times as a series of incidents and accidents that have little to do with us. Jesus sees the political, economic and social events as signs that call for spiritual interpretation. Nouwen, Henri. Here and Now. New York, NY: The Cross Roads, 1994. 72- 72.
When the Gospel is preached as a Liberative Theology the captive will be set free Luke 4:18!
It is time for the reign of God on earth as it is in heaven. Who will preach the truth? When the truth is preached and the stones are thrown, who will stand up for those that risk their lives not declaring a car but the Reigndom of God? Who will preach communal so that the entire community will be saved? WHO?
Saints, last week I traveled to Columbus, Georgia to the Sprit & The Bride Conference and we had a glorious time! Special thanks to my spiritual daughters Yakeisha and Tashia for a job well done. I love you so much!
A few weeks ago I preached in St. Louis at the "Equipping the Saints" Dance conference. What a time we had in the Lord! Sevral teens received the gift of tongues and were baptized in the Holy Ghost. Kudos to Lakita! At the end of the conference we celebrated International Liturgical Dance Day.

It was true ministry. We witnessed several of the people from the streets giving their lives to Christ. My teens told me that a 19-year old HIV positive pregnant woman gave her life to the Lord.
A Jewish store owner gave his life to the Lord, and a man named Jimmy shared with us his gift of song. Jimmy was a homeless man that got off the bench and sang to us testimonies of God faithfulness, even on a park bench. We all marveled as we listened to Jimmy sing songs of joy for the Lord. I tried to invite Jimmy to the hotel that night, but immediately following his song he went back to the park bench. I'm not sure how Jimmy found out where the conference was being held, but I was astonished when I looked up that night and saw Jimmy at the Hilton Hotel. While everyone was ministering in dance we introduced Jimmy to his Dancing Preachers family and the crowd went wild. I'm telling you, you had to be there! Jimmy got on the mic and shut the service down.
Everybody got "Hype, hype, hype!" The congregation raised an offering for Jimmy, and it was the firstfruit for his new life.
2008 is the year of new beginnings for the saints. So the now EX-homeless Jimmy is pursuing a record deal and we are shooting a reality television show. When the CD is complete, I will let all of the family know so you can purchase the new sound. God can do anything but fail. We are victorious!
The Lord called out drug users, prostitutes, crackheads and they came!.
Matthew 10:6-8 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
There was major breakthrough during the conference!
Thank all of you for your prayers, kind words and your seed offerings. The supernatural strength the Lord gave me during this conference is a direct reflection of your continued prayers. The Lord has placed a firewall of protection around me and my family that serves as a hedge. Unlike any time before, I felt the blanket of covering.
Friday night was unbelievable. We had a special ministry presentation for Dr. Barbara Sullivan and Apostle Dr. Elizabeth Hairston.
It was a time for all the dance ministers to pay tribute to those that have come before us and blazed a trail when dance ministry was not accepted or popular. After the presentation was complete, Prophetess Francine Riley called the two apostles back to the stage along with Dr. Higgins, Pastor Yulonda Lewis, and myself.
Prophetess Riley mentioned that on that same day, 8-8-08 Judith Jamison, the Director of Alvin Ailey, named her successor and announced that she would be retiring.
"The natural first, and then the spiritual," she stated.
She asked all the apostles to lay hands on me and pray for me as they confirmed me as an Apostle of the Most High God. "Coronation"
I was totally amazed. It was because I was really trying to honor everyone else. On this day was a coronation for me and I received the double portion, words, prayers and thrusting forward by God and His Apostles.

The Glory that we experienced that cannot be articulated with words. We praised the Lord and worshiped Him all night long!
My most memorable moment began the week before the conference. I received a call from one of my former dance ministers Verna Aileby's husband, Wayne Aileby. He stated that Verna was in intensive care, and while he was sitting in her room watching the television, he saw me come on. Immediately, Verna began to motion to me on the screen and indicated that she wanted to see me. I rushed to the hospital from the television station and looked at Verna's feeble body. She was so pale and approximately 90 pounds. Verna could not speak, and a machine was assisting her with breathing. I looked at Verna and reminded her that this sickness was not unto death and I expected her to get out of that bed and walk!

I told Verna I expect to see her at the conference. I told her that we have to much work to do. "Stop playing Verna, get out of this bed!" I said.
When I looked at Verna in that position, I was reminded of the sickle cell that God healed her from in the past. Countless times the doctor said she would not have children, and she has 5. Many times she came to dance rehearsal with throbbing pains in her body and a tube in her chest. I told Verna to remember the promise God made her. I said, "If God could deliver you from that, He is more than able to deliver you from this!"
Wayne told me that Verna was recently diagnosed with a rare disease that affects a few people in the world and produces more white blood cells in your body than are needed. The disease actually ate away the muscle mass in her body. It did not matter to me about the disease or what the doctor said. I knew I was looking at a soldier, and the Lord saw Verna worthy of this light affliction. I began to sing Israel Houghton's song "Prayers of the Righteous." The part that I kept singing to her was the line that repeats "We are victorious, we are victorious" Wayne asked me to pray for Verna and you could see the Holy Spirit strengthening her body.
After lying dormant in that bed for so long, Verna lifted her hand during the prayer. In the middle of the prayer, Verna began to prop her body up in the bed. My God, miracles do come true! That's not all: The last day of the conference on Sunday morning, Verna walked into the Hilton Hotel with her entire family!

Let me ask you, what has the Lord promised? It does not matter what the doctors say, what your body feels like, or what your circumstances look like. All of those things are subject to God's word and His promises. The economy is subject to God's economy and the last time I checked, the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. God is the same God yesterday, today, and forevermore!

Wednesday, August 6th Pastor Medina Pullings
Wednesday began on Channel 5 with Good Day Atlanta. We invited the city of Atlanta to attend the conference. Throughout the day, our guests, delegates, speakers, and vendors began to fill the Hilton Hotel as the excitement for the opening Worship Service filled the atmosphere. The sanctuary was exquisitely prepared in the ballroom that was prayerfully designed for the Lord's presence to be made manifest. Atlanta dance ministries went forth and Pastor Medina Pullings preached and prophesied in the evening session
Thursday, August 7th Pastor Solomon Kinloch
Thursday kicked off the daily workshop sessions. As I walked into the youth hip hop dance class, it was phenomenal. The kids were so awesome that I stayed there to witness God's hand on our youth. That evening they ministered, and all I can say is that I hope you were in the house. If not, you should have been there!
We also went to the Georgia State Capitol!

What a sight to behold Legislators, gatekeepers, pastors, community activists and dance ministers praying for the healing of our land! We bombarded heaven with the prayers of the righteous. We agree that the kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdom of our God and you can see the manifestation of that with the collaspe of man's systems. The Government is upon His shoulder.
The evening service was so anointed. The session began with a presentation from the International Dance Commission. Each Regional Coordinator pulled down the strongholds surrounding their territory through word and movement and declared that God's love would replace the territorial strongholds. I'm telling you, we danced all night long!
After three hours of worship, My Pastor, Solomon Kinloch preached a riveting word.

During Friday's Morning General Session, we had an awesome panel discussion of industry professionals regarding the Worship & Arts Ministry. The panel included National Recording Artist DeWayne Woods, Marketing Specialist Melanie Few, Gospel Music Channel Coordinator DeEtta West, and Omega Worship Center Pastor Dr. Yulonda Lewis. There was so much information and knowledge shared with us regarding how to get dance ministry on television, how to flow with the music minister, recognizing the new sound, flowing prophetically, how to get your ideas sponsored by major corporations, and more.

The parade on Saturday was off da hook! That's ebonics for real! What a sight to behold. We danced in the streets of Atlanta with banners, flags, and streamers. We did not need a band because we sang the praises of our God! It amazed me to see the Dancing Preachers witnessing on the streets and praying for the homeless.
Sunday, August 10th Elder Tapika Howard
Elder Tapika Howard imparted an awesome word into the lives of many as we prepared to leave the conference and head back home. Healing and deliverance took place as "The Called-Out Ones" were released to do what the Lord has commanded. The closing affirmation session was not the finish line, but the beginning of the fulfillment of the calling of God on our lives.
Testimonies continue to pour in about the life-changing experiences that took place at this conference.
Hello Watchman! I wrote this article several weeks before the bailout. I just wanted to share with you as I watch the prophecy unfold.
I do realize that the Lord does not have to give a catastrophe to bless His people however the exchange of wealth means that someone has to give it up. Are the Saint's in a position to receive?
Before I went to bed last night, I turned on the news and saw Wall Street in a financial crisis. Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has collapsed and Merrill Lynch was sold to Bank of America. These were two of the major investment firms globally! As Wall Street scrambles, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have now been seized by the Federal government and their CEOs have been replaced. Gas prices have risen, the housing market is in great distress, thousands of people are losing their jobs, and storms are raging in our cities. We are still victorious! This is the Day of the Lord and the government is upon His shoulder! Saints, the earth is travailing, moaning, and groaning for the true Sons of God to manifest.
I was not surprised at all to see the financial system in turmoil. I can remember the Lord telling me this year that the Kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdoms of our God. Sons and Daughters of the Most High God, this is your time to reign, rule, govern and take dominion.
I am not preaching a prosperity gospel, because it is not right to rob the poor and give to the rich! While all of this is going on, where is the church? Is the church still saying give me, give me, give me, and give me some more? If you give $1000, you get a house, $500 will get you a car, $250 will get you a spouse, and for $100, you simply get blessed. This is foolishness! If you woke up this morning, you are already blessed. Wake up Zion! Is your church discussing these issues, or are you still burning up the carpet with a good shout? Enough is enough! Come out of your coma and the victim mentality. You are the head and not the tail, above and not beneath. God has made you victorious and He is gathering all the scattered sheep. Arise and shine for your light has come. You in the pew have the authority!
On this day in the earth so let it be established in the heavens. God has transferred the wealth of the wicked and released it into the hands of the Saints. Lord, my prayer is that You would give Your Kings and Priests wisdom and strategy on how to manage and distribute Your finances. Before the market turns around, you will see more financial institutions crumble.
The fall of Lehman Brothers is the largest bankruptcy ever, and not even the Federal Government would bail them out. In recent years, Bank of America acquisitions have doubled. They now own MBNA Corp, LaSalle Bank, Fleet Boston Bank and Countrywide Mortgage. Now Bank of America has acquired Merrill Lynch, which makes them a major banking system in the world. This deal is giving Bank of America influence in European and Asian markets globally. I believe you will see more financial institutions merge to create a one-world money system. Before that takes place, the interest rates will drop and houses will basically go for nothing. As the market plummets, the Body of Christ needs to pool its resources together. We must be in a financial position to pick up the pieces by acquiring land. Wake up, church! This is not the time to play or sleep!
First the natural and then the spiritual. First Adam and then Jesus, First you are born and then you are born again. If you noticed people began to lose their houses due to foreclosures before the house of God was mocked by the exposure of our leaders. Judgment has come to the church and the sins of the fathers have visited the sons. Now it is time for the church to corporately repent and pray for a healing of our land.
In all of this we are still victorious! How do I know? I'm glad you asked me, hear the word of the Lord.

14 Then the Spirit of the Lord came upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly. 15 And he said, "Listen, all you of Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem, and you, King Jehoshaphat!
